Valeria, who joined Diaverum in 2021, is responsible to ensure the management of all the HR processes in Diaverum Italia, being consultant for managers in all aspects of HR, supporting them in finding the right solutions to balance company and people needs and in promoting the True Care culture.
Before joining Diaverum, Valeria worked for almost 14 years in the media business as HR Manager in Fox Networks group, and then for one year and half in Entain group.
She has a degree in Business Law and a major in Human Resources and Organization.
